Returns Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of the day your order is delivered (based on shipper delivery confirmation information). We do not accept returns of body pierced jewellery (earrings, naval rings and the like), items that can be tampered with (oils, perfumes, herbs, bath items, etc.), books, or sealed items that have already been opened. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in saleable condition with all original parts, documentation, and packaging. You are responsible for all shipping costs (both the shipping that you paid to get the order and any shipping to return items). 

All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). To request a return authorization, please email us via our Contact page within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please be sure to explain the reason for your return and what items are being returned to us. We will respond with an RMA number that you must write on the outside of your return package.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment for credit card/PayPal orders. For orders paid using offline money orders or cashier's checks, any refund will be in the form of a store credit.  Refunds are generally made within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the return and confirm that the items are still in new, unused condition.  

Undeliverable, Unclaimed & Refused Packages

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or rejected, or if a package cannot be delivered because the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, we will deduct the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees charged to us by the shipping company, and a 20% unauthorized return processing fee from any refund amount.  If you request that we re-ship a previously undeliverable order, we will only do so after you pay for additional shipping fees to cover the repeat outbound shipment.
